SBSR Comment Templates

These templates are designed to guide the construction of comments that fit within the character limits of SBSR software. Select a template from the table below, to begin download.

Kindergarten
Years 1-6
Template 1- requires comments for all KLA's. Template 1 - requires comments for all KLA's. English and Mathematics are reported with learning areas using a five point achievement scale
Template 2 - requires comments for all KLA's. English and Mathematics are reported with learning areas using a three point achievement scale Template 2 - Requires comments for all KLA's. All courses are reported with learning areas using a five point achievement scale
Years 7-10
Years 11-12
