N. B. The Video Conferences listed above will be held in two parts, as outlined below. They have been designed to provide classroom teachers, with their supervisors, opportunities to participate in the CTJ moderation process with teachers from other schools. Each videoconference will begin at 3:30pm and conclude at 5pm.
Each school contact person only needs to register once for the school for the chosen KLA videoconference. |
PART 1
Introduction to the particular KLA, including:
- Overview of important aspects of assessment within the KLA
- Explanation of sample assessment tasks and rubrics

Discussion of timeframe for implementation, collection and submission of :
- Assessment Tasks
- Context sheets
- Rubrics

PART2
Moderation of assessment tasks and work samples:
- Each school presents their assessment task and worksample to whole group
- All schools moderate each assessment task and an accompanying work sample, with context sheet, at their location. Decision will be based on syllabus standards/evidence. (at, above, below)
- Whole group discussion/feedback
