Industrial Technology

Board of Studies 
This link will take you to the syllabus section of the Board of Studies web site where you will have access to the syllabus, specimen papers, marking guidelines, support documents and resource lists. These can be downloaded and printed where required.

Course plans and units of work

Programs are currently being revised to reflect syllabus changes. The following units will be revised or replaced by January. If you use the units below please modify the units to reflect syllabus changes due for implementation in 2009.

Teaching ideas

NSW HSC Online

NSW HSC Online/Industrial Technology is a valuable site for both students and teachers. It includes teaching and learning ideas, activities and resources for a number of HSC subjects. You can also download copies of the syllabus and specimen exam papers.

HSC Study Guide

The HSC Study Guide is published each year by the Sydney Morning Herald. The articles are then uploaded to NSW HSC Online for twelve months. Click here for the most current HSC Study Guide for Industrial Arts.
