The Australian Institute of Food Science and Technology in partnership with the Curriculum Directorate Science Unit, have contextualised a range of resources for various science topics including Stage 6 Senior science, Biology, and Chemistry.

First-hand investigations	These resources are all first-hand investigations linked directly to mandatory syllabus content. Activities are included in both pdf and doc formats.
Interviews with food scientists	These interviews are with scientists who have worked in the food industry.
Useful websites for HSC courses	These websites target some of the key concepts in HSC Chemistry, Biology, and Senior Science.
Ideas for student research projects	The topics use food as a context and could be undertaken by Stage 4 or 5 students, depending on their ability, interest level, and available resources. Most activities include questions for students to consider in planning and conducting their investigations. Some suggestions have links to a scaffold to assist students.
Food industry science articles	These articles have been provided by Food Australia, official journal of AIFST Inc. and may be freely used for teaching purposes. The articles provide teachers and students with some relevant and up-to-date information to assist with content matter for the Years 7-10 and Years 11-12 science syllabuses.
