Booking Procedure

Please complete the Booking Form giving as much detail as possible.

Please provide contact details such as email address, school telephone and fax numbers.

The information provided by teachers concerning the language work/topic areas covered by students is an important guide for Tanken staff who will create a customised program for your students according to the information provided.

The Centre Information Sheet requires a Prinicipal's signature, indicating that your school understands the Centre's rules and requirements.

The Risk Management form for teachers who may wish to use it as an aid in their organisation of an excursion to the Centre.
