Context

Temora High School a comprehensive high school located in a rural setting. It was established in 1952. It has a productive relationship with its three feeder schools: Temora Public, Temora West and Barmedman Public Schools through its Linkages program which has been recognised as best practice in the Wagga Wagga area.
Temora High School has an outstanding record of achievement both academic and sporting, consistently achieving some of the best HSC results in the Riverina. In 2003, Temora High School was awarded a Director-General's Excellence Award for Senior School Achievement and Support.

Our school is a welfare oriented community school with outstanding programs across the curriculum and excellent support for literacy and numeracy development.

Temora High School prides itself on the caring, safe and supportive environment it provides for students and staff. The school provides opportunities for all students to realise their potential in academic, sporting and cultural pursuits. The school endeavours to develop a sense of social responsibility and a caring attitude in all its students.
