Support for Students

The following information and links to archived book raps can be easily accessed on the  School libraries and Information Literacy web site.

Raps and Book raps

A rap or book rap is an exciting teaching and learning adventure. Email is used to circulate discussion points about a topic or book, stimulate classroom activities, and provide opportunities for teachers and students to share responses and ideas with other schools.

Each rap features support material you can integrate into a teaching unit. This support material addresses relevant syllabus outcomes and includes collaboratively planned lesson ideas including teaching strategies, proformas for use by students, and other resources, such as special guests available online and WebQuests.

Forthcoming raps and book raps are live for subscribing (no cost) and viewing the support material at least one week before start date.
