Curriculum support for NSW Public Schools

Workshops 2009

These workshops will be offered in 2009:

Leading and Managing the Curriculum in English, a workshop specifically designed for new Head Teachers and aspiring Head Teachers of English.

Making Middle Years Matter, a workshop for Stage 3 and 4 teachers interesting in writing an innovative unit of work on Adaptation. 

New Technologies, New Stories, a two day workshop which explores using various aspects of ICT (blogging, digital stories and other appications) with a focus on Narrative. 

Stage 6 Two Day Conference. This conference will provide an opportunity for teachers to share their expertise in teaching Stage 6 and the New Prescription list.

All three workshops are now Institute-registered courses which will help teachers gain credit towards Professional Competence status.
