ELR - what is it?

The Educational Lending Right is a program to make payments to Australian creators and publishers on the basis that income is lost because their books are available for loan in educational libraries, ie. School, TAFE, and university libraries. Information is available from the main screen of SCIS at http://www.curriculum.edu.au/scis/partnerships/elr.htm
