Talking sexual health
Talking sexual health is a resource to assit teachers to focus on issues related to education about STIs, HIV/AIDS and other BBVs. It has been designed primarily to use with students in Years 9 and 10, but is suitable to use with students in Years 11 and 12. As with any teaching and learning resource, teachers will need to review the activities and materials provided and modify them according to the needs of their students and their school community.

Mind matters: A mental health promotion resource for secondary schools
MindMattersis an initiative and a resource kit designed to promote mental health and support suicide prevention in secondary schools. It provides information and teaching and learning materials to assist schools in developing environments where young people feel safe, valued, engaged and purposeful. Some of the issues addressed include bullying and harassment, loss and grief, enhancing resilience, stress and coping and mental illness.
Personal safety plans
This document provides teachers with information and ideas about planning for personal safety as part of Stage 5 PDHPE. The activities in this resource build on the child protection materials used within PDHPE programs and are designed to be implemented in conjunction with whole-school anti-violence initiatives.
Fast, smart, safe
This resource has been developed by the State Rail Authority in conjunction with the Department of Education and Training, and is designed to support teachers in addressing rail safety issues as part of Stage 4 PDHPE programs. It provides teaching and learning units focusing on risk-taking, decision-making, personal safety plans, relationships and safety.
No body is perfect- Stage 3
This resource provides teachers with a series of teaching and learning activities which they incorporate into Stage 3 programs.

This resource focuses on the way students are affected by social and personal issues relating to femininity, masculinity, diet and body image. It consists of two separate booklets containing teaching and learning activities which can be incorporated into Stage 4 PDHPE programs and Stage 5 English programs.
