Live Life Well @ School
The focus of the PDHPE Unit for 2009 is the Live Life Well @ School program.
The Live Life Well @ School program involves groups of primary schools participating together in a four professional learning workshops. The focus of these workshops is on nutrition education, fundamental movement skills and physical activity as part of PDHPE K-6 programs. The professional learning program is a joint initiative of the Department of Education and Training and NSW Health, aiming to get more students, more active more often as well as a renewed focus on healthy eating habits.
Registration is FREE. Funding is available for those schools registering in Semester 1 2009.
