Introduction
A child's diet is important to their overall health. Proper nutrition can prevent many medical problems, including becoming overweight, developing weak bones, and developing diabetes. A healthy diet will ensure that the child grows to their full potential.
As such, nutrition education is an important part of the school curriculum and enables children to learn at an early age the importance of healthy eating.
