Are there any sample gymnastics units of work?
Sample units of work are provided for Early Stage 1, Stage 1, Stage 2 and Stage 3. These teaching and learning units have been developed to include a warm-up, developmental activities and a warm-down activity. The units may be used as a framework or starting point for teachers to develop their own units tailored to meet the needs of their students. The teaching and learning activities in each unit should be modified to suit individual teaching styles, equipment available and the nature of the learners.
