What's new in HSIE?
New Stage 3 HSIE Resource

A new resource has been made available for teachers of Stage 3 Human Society and its Environment. Ambush in Bandhavgarh is a set of 30, 48 page books that detail the life of tigers and include a case study outlining the management of endangered Bengal Tigers at the Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve in India.
In providing support for the Environments outcome Patterns of place and location ENS3.5 Demonstrates an understanding of the interconnectedness between Australian and global environments and how individuals and groups can act in ecologically responsible manner. Students can engage in learning about communities, regions and environments in Australia and the world and different perspectives about the maintenance and improvement of environments.
