Teaching on track, Learning on track

Literacy on Track professional learning courses have been strategically designed at state office level for regional implementation to support teachers and school leaders to effectively assess, plan, teach and track and monitor student progress using the English K-6 syllabus standards. All courses support the NSW approach to the teaching of literacy as articulated in the State Literacy Plan 2006-2008.

This DET program is registered professional development under the terms of the NSW Institute of Teachers Continuing Professional Development Policy.
Teacher selection for this program is subject to regional school processes in consultation with regional K-4 Literacy Facilitators.
