Models of professional learning

This Quality Teaching and Curriculum Planning document explores how the NSW Quality Teaching model might be used to inform curriculum, assessment and teaching practice for gifted and talented students.

A number of case studies will become progressively available demonstrating a variety of strategies that may be adopted to cater to the needs of gifted and talented students in NSW DET schools. Strategies include policy implementation, identification, differentiating the curriculum and various grouping arrangements.
