| English K-6 | Fantasy literature (pdf 192kb) | The fantasy genre provides gifted students with opportunities to respond to and to creatively develop their understanding of structures and language and to relate this learning to their own world. |
| HSIE K-6 | What were the factors that contributed to the development of democracy in Australia? (pdf 320kb) | This unit focuses on the factors which contributed towards the development of democracy in Australia. It uses the models of Maker, Williams, Bloom, Krathwohl and Kaplan. |
| Integrated | Through the eyes of a child (pdf 616kb) | This HSIE and English unit focuses on inequalities and past injustices in England, specifically for children. It also looks at the rights of children past and present. The unit includes additional activities for gifted and talented students based on Krathwohl’s Taxonomy of the Affective Domain. |
| Integrated | Sports and Games (pdf 108kb) | This unit integrates English and PDHPE with 4 sets of activities, allowing for differentiation of tasks in a mixed ability class. It includes thinking skills activities and uses Bloom and Kanevski/Maker models. |
