Design of the piggery
The design and layout of the piggery allows flexibility of use, animals can be in contact with each other or be kept separate if needed. When separated they can still have visual contact. Incorporating the race into the layout allows easy movement of the pigs into and out of the piggery. |

| Each of the pens has an automatic waterer and drain. |  |
| Each area has an outdoor undercover area outside the shed. The western side area has an additional shade-cloth covered area to protect the pigs from the afternoon sun. |  |
| Drains and pipes take the water that is used to hose out the piggery away to help grow pasture for the other animals. |  |
