The workshop will focus on the implementation of the Curriculum planning framework integrating COGs and enhancing COGs with ICT. The sessions will aim to include:

  • Unpacking a COGs unit of work: organising resources, scope and sequence, assessment, ongoing support, school planning
  • Enhancing COGs with ICT: learning objects, IWB resources,  ICT online modules, creating a digital story, online resources for COGs

Notes:

  • There is a limit of 30 participants
  • This workshop is open to all K-6 schools. All costs are at the school's expense.

Many K-6 schools have implemented, or are planning to implement COGs. Teachers who have had support or have attended professional development workshops have agreed that their implementation of COGs has been smoother and generally more successful.
