Pauline Haughton, Tregeagle PS, felt she didn't have the expertise to teach SciTech.
Because the school had taken on COGs, she realised she needed to accept the challenge of teaching the units as written.
She found that by following the unit, she successfully taught the SciTech component. The students gained a great deal and she found the confidence to teach Scitech.
